This year, counts have been submitted for a total of 0 sites totalling 0 nests.
Each marker represents a site with at least one nest - click or tap on the marker to see more details. Some sites are indiviual houses, shops or other buildings; some are roads or villages with several nests on different buildings. At many sites, we think that only a small proportion of nests were reported and that the colony had several additional pairs nesting nearby.
When we checked at the end of 2025, we found 43 duplicate sites (where different people had found and reported the same locations), totalling about 81 nests. Even allowing for this, we were amazed at the total of over 500 sites and over 2,000 nests!
When the nesting season starts, help us fill in the gaps by telling us where you have seen nests in use on this page.
